Introduction

All Content included on the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of People Furniture or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The compilation of all Content on the Services is the exclusive property of Furniture People and is protected by international copyright laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Furniture People does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall People Furniture or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Services, even if Furniture People or a Furniture People authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
